In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, BrahmanRishta has appointed a Grievance Officer to address user concerns.

1. Grievance Officer
As required under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, BrahmanRishta has appointed the following Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns raised by users of the Platform:

2. What Can Be Raised
The Grievance Officer is the appropriate point of contact for the following types of issues:
- Removal or takedown of unlawful or objectionable content
- Reports of fake, impersonated, or fraudulent profiles
- Account access issues, wrongful suspension, or termination
- Privacy concerns or unauthorised use of your personal information
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct by another member
- Non-compliance with our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service

3. How to File a Complaint
To file a grievance, please write to the Grievance Officer with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email/mobile number.
- A clear description of the issue, including profile IDs, URLs, or screenshots where applicable.
- The specific content, profile, or conduct you are reporting (if applicable).
- Any relevant supporting documents or evidence.
Send your complaint to grievance@brahmanrishta.com with the subject line "Grievance — [brief description]".
4. Resolution Timeline
In accordance with the IT Rules 2021, the Grievance Officer will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours.
- Resolve the complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt, except in cases involving complaints of content depicting nudity, impersonation, or similar sensitive matters, which may be addressed within 24 hours where required by law.
You will receive an email update on the status and outcome of your complaint once it has been reviewed and resolved.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, or if you do not receive a response within the stipulated timeline, you may escalate the matter by writing to our support team at support@brahmanrishta.com with reference to your original grievance ticket number. Users may also approach the appropriate Grievance Appellate Committee or competent authority under applicable Indian law if the matter remains unresolved.
